Terms of sale
- Making and despatch
- Pieces are made to order after you approve the proof. Production is 3–5 working days; despatch follows immediately after.
- Personalized goods
- Personalized items are exempt from the EU 14-day change-of-mind right. This is stated before purchase.
- Faults and errors
- If a piece is damaged, wrong or misspelled, tell us within 14 days with a photo. We remake it and ship express, at our cost.
- Duty and taxes
- Import duty and local taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Statutory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence are not affected.
