Two services: we make it, and we design it
If you run a clinic, a crematorium, a pet-loss service or a retail shop, you can buy our pieces under your own brand. If you have an idea but no artwork, our design desk will build it with you — engraving copy, photo retouching, motifs, packaging.
Service 01
OEM & private label
You keep the customer relationship and your brand stays on the front of the box. Our name does not appear anywhere in the parcel.
What we can put your brand on
- Packaging
- Printed lid labels, belly bands, tissue, or a fully printed box in one or two colours.
- The product itself
- Your logo engraved on the underside or reverse, where it does not intrude on the personalization.
- Documents
- Certificate of cremation companion sheet, care card and sympathy card set in your own layout.
- Collar tags
- Your clinic's name on the reverse of a memorial tag you hand to clients.
- Kits
- Your own selection of pieces assembled into a bereavement kit with your instructions inside.
Terms
- Minimum order
- 50 units per design for printed packaging; 20 units for branded engraving only.
- Sample turnaround
- 7 working days for a physical branded sample, including one round of changes.
- Production lead time
- 12–18 working days after sample approval, depending on quantity.
- Artwork
- Send vector (AI, EPS, PDF) or a 300dpi PNG. We will set it up for you if you only have a screenshot.
- Payment
- 30% deposit to start, balance before dispatch. Bank transfer or Wise.
We do not sell your designs, your customer list, or your packaging to anyone else. One design, one client.

Design service
For buyers who know what they want to say and would rather not fight with software. Priced per job, quoted before we start.
Photo restoration
Old phone photos, blurred backgrounds, cluttered living rooms. We lift the subject out, clean the edges and colour-correct for the material being printed on.

Print & paw cleanup
Turning a smudged paw print into a crisp vector: closing broken lines, removing noise, keeping the shape recognisable rather than over-perfecting it.

Custom motifs
A breed silhouette, a nose print outline, a particular flower. Drawn to cut cleanly at the size you are engraving, not just at poster size.

Memorial card & certificate
Two-sided layout, print-ready PDF, your logo and wording. Sized for A6, A5 or DL.

Packaging design
Label, belly band or full box dieline in your brand, delivered as print-ready artwork plus a cutting file.

Design fees are waived on private-label orders above 300 units. You own the artwork we produce for you, including the source files.

Price bands on unbranded stock
- 20–49 units
- 25% off the retail price, mixed designs allowed.

- 35% off, free engraving set-up, priority production slot.
- 200+ units
- 45% off, custom packaging included, dedicated contact.
Dropship for crematoria and clinics
Send us the pet's name, dates and the family's address. We produce, pack and ship it under your brand, with your paperwork. You never hold stock. Billed monthly.

Service FAQ
Before you send a brief
Can you ship direct to my customers with my branding?
Yes, that is our dropship service. The parcel carries your logo, your documents and no
reference to us. We do not include any invoice or promotional material unless you ask.
Do you handle the personalization, or do I?
We do. You send the name, dates, photo or print, and we produce the proof and the finished
piece. If a client wants to change the wording, they change it with you — we will not go
around you.
What are your error and replacement terms?
If we misspell a name, use the wrong dates, or the piece arrives damaged, we remake it at
our cost and ship it express. Claims need to be raised within 14 days of delivery with a
photo of the piece as received.
Can you invoice with a VAT number for EU buyers?
Yes, we invoice with the details you need for your own books. Tell us at the point of
ordering if you need a specific format, a purchase order reference, or zero-rated
treatment with a valid EU VAT number.
How do you handle returns on personalized goods?
Personalized items are exempt from the usual change-of-mind return right in the EU, which
we state plainly on every order page. We still replace anything that arrives damaged or
wrong. We would rather remake a piece than argue with a grieving customer.
